The available international credit card options are VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Discover. The available domestic debit card options are VISA and Mastercard.

Please note that Avon does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

Shipping Information

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 5-14 business days from the date that it is placed.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Returns & Exchanges


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, should have no sign of wear or damage, and should be in the original packaging it came in. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Start a Return

To start a return or an exchange, you can contact us at info@larixjewelry.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee

All returns to Larix Jewelry are FREE.

If the returned item does not meet the above return guidelines, Larix Jewelry will have the right to deny a return and will have the right to have the item re-shipped to customers. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.
Original Packaging Required
Please note that there will be a $30 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging (box and the pouch).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to you.
