What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship from the beautiful city of ISTANBUL, TURKEY. Orders are processed and dispatched from the Monday to Friday. You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your order has been sent out.
What is your shipping method ?
We offer 2 types of shipping:
- 1.Standard Shipping: Free of Charge for all orders and Receive in 7-10 business days. Please expect potential delivery delays. This time range includes the processing time.
- 2.Priority Mail: At a cost to the customer Receive in 3-5 business days. Please expect potential delivery delays. This time range includes the processing time. Packages will be shipped via UPS, DHL or FEDEX Flat Rate Mail. We ship all orders from Monday - Friday.
How can I find out the status of my order?
Please contact us and we would be more than happy to look into your order and give you an update.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently ship to the for all the Europians countries, USA and CANADA.
For countries outside of the European Union trade agreement, if the order value exceeds a certain amount you may be charged customs fee at delivery. Please understand that these fees are charged by your local government and that we have no control over them. The buyer is solely responsible for these charges.
How do I cancel an order ?
You can only cancel an order if it hasn’t yet shipped. Please email info@larixjewelry.com with your cancellation request
